About
My path into design started in interior design at the Glasgow School of Art — learning how people move through and feel inside a space. I carried that spatial, human-first instinct into digital product design.
Today I design end-to-end across healthcare, dental-tech, and government, and I build AI directly into how I work — from Claude-powered design agents to production front-end shipped with AI coding tools.
Outside work you’ll find me in an art museum, behind a camera, or deep in a Korean drama — all of which keep me curious and creative.

Owned design end-to-end as the sole designer across three platforms — patient app, TPA portal, and doctor dashboard — serving ~200K patients and ~930K consultations across 4 markets, from scope to QA handoff.
Designed live GP consult features on the patient app, contributing to ~8% year-on-year growth in GP consultation volume.
Built a cross-product design system and shared knowledge base, standardising patterns and edge cases across all three platforms and accelerating onboarding.
Built a Claude-powered design agent that turns product tickets into user flows, edge-case maps, and handoff-ready specs — cutting feature design time from 2–3 days to 2–4 hours (~75% reduction).
Shipped production front-end components with AI coding tools, delivering engineering-fidelity prototypes with zero additional dev resource.
